Buyer questions, answered.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the lender, the practice and your finances. Some dental acquisition loans can finance the full purchase price, but qualification and working-capital needs vary.
How are practices priced?
Collections, adjusted earnings, growth, location, staff, facilities and owner dependence all matter. Asking price is a starting point, not a substitute for diligence.
What is an LOI?
A letter of intent summarizes proposed price and key terms before definitive agreements. Many provisions are nonbinding, but confidentiality and exclusivity may be binding; have counsel review it.
Can I buy straight out of school?
It may be possible, subject to lender criteria, clinical readiness and the practice's needs. An experienced team can help you evaluate whether ownership is the right next step.
A clearer picture. A stronger plan.
